The food is fantastic and our waiter was so kind and funny. Yuvi needs a promotion! I would definitely come back and try their other food

I love the food here (almost everything) when I go in to eat. The quality of the food when I'm eating in here is consistently good. However, I don't have the same experience with takeout and catering. The taste isn't as good as it is when I'm visiting this place, so we stopped doing catering and take out. But, we still visit this place in Sunnyvale often as we like the food.

Came here on a Wednesday night with my husband and some of his coworkers. We were sat immediately. We did family style and I'm so glad we did! We ordered the snack combo for 2 but shared it amongst 4 people. It was honestly a lot of food so I'm glad we shared. It came with paani puri and dahi papdi chaat. Both were delicious. We also ordered the gobi Manchurian and it was def bomb. Highly recommend. The samosas were perfectly crispy and spicy as well. For the main entree we had the paneer tikka masala with garlic naan, and it was def enough for us. I really enjoyed all the dishes, and would come back!

The food and service was very good. The server Yuvraj Singh did a good job and was very thoughtful.

Yuvraj Singh deserves a major promotion!!! He provided service you can only find in your own home. Because of his exceptional service I no longer see him as a Chaat Bhavan employee but rather a family member. He is both professional and humble, a quality most companies wish for. Yuvraj was fast, efficient and had excellent communication skills. Promote this man!

I ordered meal from Chaat Bhavan in Sunnyvale. I tried the popular dishes: Mutter paneer, methi puri, and roti. Everything came out looking nice and was served at a good temperature. The flavors were alright which definitely did the trick for a satisfying lunch. The service was prompt and courteous, and the ambiance was pleasant. There's also ample seating for those who prefer to dine indoors. Overall, a decent spot for some classic Indian dishes.

My 14 y.o. asked his friend group about where they go locally with their families for the best Indian food. That's what led us to Chaat Bhavan. This Sunnyvale location is about 20 minutes from our house so it isn't right around the corner but we'll travel for good food. I personally loved the Pani Poori, the street food with potato, onion, chickpeas and chutney in crispy shells with sauce. I also loved the Vada Pav, which was like a little slider with a spicy potato patty and garlic and green chutney. My wife always loves and orders Saag Paneer and this variant was one of the better ones we've tried. The Mango Lassi was excellent, the Samosas and the Biryani were both good but unremarkable and we preferred the Butter Naan over both the wheat and flour Roti options. My son's friends said to get the Malai Kofta and the Chana Bhatura also but we already had lots of food so we ran out of runway. Fantastic place with a lot of options very different from what we've ever had before. Loved it!
